This is up for an increase and will be voted on by neighborhood members at the February Annual Meeting. The proposed increase will be from $70 annually currently to $100 annually. The reason for the increase is that assessments have not changed in over 10 years and costs for maintenance of the common areas owned by the Association have increased dramatically in the last 3 years.

Yes, guests are allowed to use the amenities as long as they are accompanied by a resident member. Please note that swimming in the pond is prohibited and skating during the winter is at your own risk. Please make sure to clean up after your pets when visiting and using the common areas.
