Neighbors supporting neighbors!
Founded in 1987, Cornell Woods Association has been serving our community for over 30 years. Our association was established to provide a platform for residents to voice their concerns and work together to improve our neighborhood.
The neighborhood was developed around the Cornell School by Schroeder Builders with control over the subdivision reverting to property owners in 1990.
At Cornell Woods Association, we endeavor to assist our neighbors in maintaining a wonderful place to live. We manage the common areas, including the pond, the walkway to Cornell from Alderwood, and the large grass area behind Goldenwood and Ivywood. We also work to keep neighbors informed and in compliance with the neighborhood restrictions, intending to keep our area beautiful! We also volunteer to organize several events each year such as the spring garage sale, summer 4th of July bike parade, Fall National Night Out, and a neighborhood Bonfire.
We encourage all residents to get involved with Cornell Woods Association and help make a difference in our community. Whether it's by volunteering for a committee, attending a meeting, or simply staying informed about association news, your participation is valuable and appreciated.
